1. The Prize draw is promoted by Online Enterprises Limited and the Company's decision and that of it's Director's is final on any matter relating to the prize draw.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
3. All persons registered on the relevant "www.dvd-shop.co.uk" website mailing list on the last day of each month, will be considered eligible to enter the prize draw, and submission to the mailing list is taken as complete acceptance of these rules.
4. Multiple entries on the list will not be accepted and will be removed.
5. Online Enterprises Limited reserves the right to exclude any person from the relevant mailing list at it's discretion for whatever reason.
6. The Prize-winner will be notified by e-mail and shall be given 7 days to reply to claim their prize, failure to reply in this time will result in forfieture of their win and another winner will be chosen.
7. Prize winners agree to publication of their name and town/city of residence in the Company's newsletter, and any other promotional material or site (NOTE: e-mail addresses will NOT be disclosed).
8. The prize awarded will be at the discretion of Online Enterprises Limited, but will normally be a DVD-Video title. No alternative cash or other prize will be offered.
9. Online Enterprises Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time for any reason it considers appropriate and to change and/or amend these rules without notice.
